Mairin Iwanka Raya: Indigenous Women Stand against Violence

This report puts forward an Indigenous conceptualization
of gender-based violence. It reflects the fruitful result of efforts by Indigenous women around the world, highlights promising practices
in research, political mobilization, and community organizing, and describes future challenges to guarantee that Indigenous women
have the right to a life free from violence.
