Young Women's Program
The women involved in this program are motivated by personal experience and the desire to improve themselves and their peers. Not only do they become more informed on a variety of violence and oppression issues affecting other young women but they also develop atheir self-confidence, public speaking skills, group facilitation techniques, and communication skills.
The benefits to Springtide Resources are also enormous. Each young woman brings with her awealth of information, enthusiasm, and commitment to social justice issues that can only be infectious to those of us who have been doing this work for awhile.
