The Time is Now: Charting a Course for Action and Mobilization to End Violence Against Women.

Today marks the 23rd anniversary of the Montreal Massacre, where on Dec. 6, 1989, a man killed 14 women at l’École Polytechnique.  This day has become a day of remembrance and action to end violence against women in Canada.

This year, at the Women's College Hospital's annual Dec. 6 event, Springtide Resources program manager Fran Odette, will be the keynote speaker.  Her address is titled "The Time is Now: Charting a Course for Action and Mobilization to End Violence Against Women."

Please join us from 12pm-1pm at  Women's College Hospital, Cummings Auditorium.  For more information about the event, please check out this link: http://www.womenscollegehospital.ca/events/dec-6-womens-college-hospital-remembers
